It is a vinyl material with the black inside layer protecting the banner from light absorption. The additional inside black layer makes the graphics on the banner legible even on very sunny days. Blockout is also a material showing increased tolerance to tears and delamination.
Maximum print width attainable is 500 cm. Large-format prints wider than the latter size are divided into 3 cm wide parts with the tuck.
Every 50cm of advertisement banners we produce is either sewn or sealed by heating and inoculated.
